I’m an experienced and certified PT and will work with you one-on-one, two-on-one or four-to-one to create a customised fitness plan that meets your specific needs and helps you reach your goals in a safe and effective manner.
My personal training services include an initial consultation, where we'll discuss your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to exercise. From there, we'll create a personalised training plan that includes a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility training, as well as any additional services such as nutrition coaching or rehabilitation exercises.
During your personal training sessions, I will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to maximise your results and minimise your risk of injury. I will also provide you with ongoing support and motivation, helping you stay accountable and on track towards your fitness goals.
