What is online personal training?

Online personal training is almost exactly the same as my standard personal training – I just work with you online, rather than in person. For some people, this means you can work with an expert personal trainer from home; for others, it means being able to travel without letting your fitness journey lapse. Wherever life takes you, I can be by your side.

You can still expect the same level of attention from me your expert personal trainer as you’d get if you saw her in person. Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, boost your confidence or embark on a life-changing body transformation, improve your mental health, I will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that you reach your goals and achieve lasting results.

You don't lose the personal-touch by training online either. You can choose your preferred method of communication and I’ll use this to keep in touch. Whether you need tips on your workouts, some nutrition advice, information on rest and recovery - or anything else - your world-class coach is there when you need her.

Does online personal training work?

Quite simply – yes. I’ve coached hundreds of online personal training clients who’ve seen life-changing results working exclusively with a fitness professional online.

I don’t expect you to have access to weights or cardio equipment at home either. This is where my experience comes into play – I can put together an online personal training plan with little or no equipment needed and I’m confident we’ll still achieve incredible weight loss, lean muscle gains, and get you in the best shape of your life.

If you decide to add some equipment, I can guide you through the most effective kit to choose. Then again, if you decide to stick with bodyweight exercises, I’ll make sure you continue to progress, no matter what your goal.
