How I train my clients.

Pre & postnatal first

Every programme starts from a specialist foundation. Whether you're pregnant, recently postpartum, or years on from birth but still feel something's off — training with someone certified in perinatal fitness isn't a nice-to-have. It's the difference between progress and injury.

Sessions build week on week. We're not chasing soreness — we're chasing strength, mobility, and a body that works for the life you actually live. Hard, but never chaotic.

I'm a pre & postnatal specialist and mobile personal trainer based in Battersea, working with clients across Chelsea, Clapham, and South West London.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based perinatal training, private 1:1 delivery, and a quiet, considered tone that suits women who are tired of bootcamp energy. I don't train everyone — I train a specific kind of client, very well.

Three sessions to experience the method. After session three, we'll have a short review — continue, pause, or stop. Your call.


BEFORE YOU BOOK

Common questions.

  • Yes — around half of my clients are professional women without children. Pre and postnatal is my specialty; elite private PT for SW London women is the broader offer.

  • Usually within the week. Slots are limited because I train 1:1 only — so the faster you enquire, the better.

  • In your home anywhere across Chelsea, Clapham, Battersea and neighbouring areas. In Battersea Park. Or at my private studio space on Albert Bridge Road. You choose.

  • Zero pressure. We'll have a short review after session three, and you can decide whether to continue with a full block. Most clients do. Some don't. Both are fine.

  • Nothing. I bring everything — resistance bands, sliders, dumbbells as required. If you already have kit, we'll use it.

  • Every postnatal programme starts with a full assessment including diastasis check and pelvic floor screening. Nothing is prescribed blindly. Safety is exactly why you hire a specialist — not a generalist.
