I'm a pre & postnatal specialist and mobile personal trainer based in Battersea, working with clients across Chelsea, Clapham, and South West London.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based perinatal training, private 1:1 delivery, and a quiet, considered tone that suits women who are tired of bootcamp energy. I don't train everyone — I train a specific kind of client, very well.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Yes — around half of my clients are professional women without children. Pre and postnatal is my specialty; elite private PT for SW London women is the broader offer.
Usually within the week. Slots are limited because I train 1:1 only — so the faster you enquire, the better.
In your home anywhere across Chelsea, Clapham, Battersea and neighbouring areas. In Battersea Park. Or at my private studio space on Albert Bridge Road. You choose.
Zero pressure. We'll have a short review after session three, and you can decide whether to continue with a full block. Most clients do. Some don't. Both are fine.
Nothing. I bring everything — resistance bands, sliders, dumbbells as required. If you already have kit, we'll use it.
Every postnatal programme starts with a full assessment including diastasis check and pelvic floor screening. Nothing is prescribed blindly. Safety is exactly why you hire a specialist — not a generalist.
