We start with a conversation — your goals, your history, your lifestyle. This is a chance for us to make sure we're a good fit, and for me to understand exactly what you need.
2. Your Bespoke Training Plan
Based on your assessment, I design a programme tailored to your body, your schedule, and your goals. Every exercise has a purpose. Every session builds on the last.
3. Train — Wherever Suits You
Sessions take place at your home, in one of Fulham's parks, or at a private location of your choice. I bring all the equipment. You just show up.
4. Ongoing Support & Accountability
Between sessions, I'm available for questions, check-ins, and guidance. Nutrition recommendations, recovery protocols, and programme adjustments are all included — because real results happen outside the gym, too.
