Battersea Park Bootcamp

Each 50-minute session is programmed weekly — no two sessions are the same. Expect a blend of bodyweight strength circuits, sprint intervals and core-focused finishers, all coached in real time so your form is never compromised.

Schedule:

  • Monday —7am & 9:30am

  • Wednesday — 9:30am & 7pm

  • Friday — 6:45am

  • Saturday — 10am
