Yes — Battersea Park is one of my favourite training locations in South West London. The wide open green spaces, riverside paths and quiet corners make it ideal for personal training sessions all year round.
I use a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells and agility equipment to deliver a full, effective outdoor workout in SW11. Many of my Battersea clients choose park sessions specifically because they prefer fresh air and natural surroundings over a stuffy gym.
Rain or shine, I come prepared. We only cancel for genuinely dangerous weather — a bit of drizzle never hurt anyone!

Absolutely. In-home personal training is one of my most popular services, particularly with my Chelsea clients. I bring all the equipment needed for a complete workout — dumbbells, resistance bands, mats, kettlebells and more — so you don't need to buy or store anything.
Home sessions are perfect if you value privacy, have a busy schedule, or simply prefer the convenience of not having to go anywhere. I train clients in apartments, houses and even gardens across Chelsea SW3. All I need is enough space to lay down a mat.

For most of my clients in Battersea, Chelsea and Clapham, I recommend starting with 2-3 personal training sessions per week. This gives you enough stimulus for your body to change while allowing proper recovery between sessions.
If you're brand new to exercise, we might start with 2 sessions per week and build from there. If you're already active and looking to step things up, 3 sessions per week combined with independent workouts on other days tends to deliver the fastest results.

Yes, I offer fully coached online personal training sessions via Zoom. These aren't generic follow-along videos — every online session is live, one-to-one and tailored to your programme, exactly the same as an in-person session.
Online PT is ideal if you're travelling, working from home, live outside my South West London training zone, or simply prefer the flexibility of training from anywhere. Several of my clients mix in-person and online sessions depending on their week — I make it easy to switch between the two.

Just wear comfortable workout clothing and trainers — I bring everything else. For home sessions, all I need is a space roughly the size of a yoga mat. For outdoor sessions in Battersea Park or Clapham Common, I'll bring all the kit and meet you at an agreed location.
For online sessions, I'll send you a list of any minimal equipment beforehand, but many sessions can be done with just your bodyweight.
