How to Stay Fit at Home in Chelsea: A Personal Trainer's Guide

Living in Chelsea, you might not have a huge home gym — but you don't need one. As a mobile personal trainer in SW3, I train most of my Chelsea clients in their living rooms, gardens, or private building gyms.

You Don't Need Much Space

A 2m x 1m area is enough for a full-body session. I bring all the equipment — resistance bands, dumbbells, a mat — so you just need to show up in your own home.

A 20-Minute Home Workout for Chelsea Residents

Try this no-equipment circuit:

Circuit — 3 rounds:

  • Squat to press (bodyweight): 12 reps

  • Press-ups (or incline on a chair): 10 reps

  • Reverse lunges: 10 each leg

  • Plank shoulder taps: 20 total

  • Glute bridges: 15 reps

Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

Why Home Training Works

  • No commute — save time getting to and from a gym

  • Total privacy — no intimidating gym environment

  • Consistency — it's easier to stick to when it's in your home

  • Personalised — every session is designed for your goals

Who Is Home Training Best For?

Many of my Chelsea clients are busy professionals, new mums, or people recovering from injury who want expert guidance without leaving home. I also work with clients in their building gyms along King's Road and the surrounding streets.
