Online personal training isn't a pre-recorded video or a generic app. With me, it's a live, real-time 1-to-1 session via video call — the same quality as training in person.

How It Works

  1. Book your session — choose a time that suits you

  2. Set up — all you need is a phone or laptop and a small space

  3. Live coaching — I watch your form, count your reps, adjust in real time

  4. Programme sent after — you get your workout logged and tracked

What Equipment Do You Need?

For most sessions, you need:

  • A yoga mat

  • A set of resistance bands (I can recommend which to buy)

  • Optional: a pair of dumbbells

Many sessions require no equipment at all.

Who Is Online Training For?

  • Busy professionals who can't commit to a fixed location

  • Travelling clients who want consistency wherever they are

  • Chelsea, Battersea, and Clapham clients who want to mix in-person with online

  • Anyone outside London who wants expert coaching

Is It as Effective as In-Person Training?

Yes — if the trainer is paying attention. Unlike group Zoom classes, I'm watching only you. I correct your form, adjust the intensity, and keep you accountable. My online clients get the same results as my in-person clients.

Pricing

Online sessions are more affordable than in-person, and I offer package deals for regular training. Many clients do 2 online sessions + 1 in-person session per week.
