Online personal training isn't a pre-recorded video or a generic app. With me, it's a live, real-time 1-to-1 session via video call — the same quality as training in person.
How It Works
Book your session — choose a time that suits you
Set up — all you need is a phone or laptop and a small space
Live coaching — I watch your form, count your reps, adjust in real time
Programme sent after — you get your workout logged and tracked
What Equipment Do You Need?
For most sessions, you need:
A yoga mat
A set of resistance bands (I can recommend which to buy)
Optional: a pair of dumbbells
Many sessions require no equipment at all.

Is It as Effective as In-Person Training?
Yes — if the trainer is paying attention. Unlike group Zoom classes, I'm watching only you. I correct your form, adjust the intensity, and keep you accountable. My online clients get the same results as my in-person clients.
Pricing
Online sessions are more affordable than in-person, and I offer package deals for regular training. Many clients do 2 online sessions + 1 in-person session per week.
